My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The location is very central, which is convenient, and the staff is ready to assist with any issue. The central location offers a nice view of the main town square, though the hotel's positioning in an alley might not suit everyone's preference.
The hotel rooms, though not extravagant, offer all the basics you need like a fridge, kettle, and coffeemaker. They are spacious and comfy, with a nice selection of books but are currently under renovation. The service is excellent, with professional and helpful staff who even take the time to joke around and share local insights. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the city overseeing the market square. The dining options are varied and delightful, served in the fascinating Breakfast Room.
The hotel is in a very central location in Den Bosch, making it convenient for all facilities. The rooms are on the smaller side, but a bit stuffy on the first night. The service is a bit lacking in interest, and there were hassles about bringing food to the room. The dining experience provides good variety, though there were concerns about the breakfast fruit bowl being empty early. Overall, a nice hotel with some room for improvement.
